Michael practices in a wide range of areas in immigration law, handling both business and family immigration cases. He advises and counsels companies and individuals from around the world on options for working in the United States on temporary visas, such as H-1B, O-1, and L-1 visas, and works with clients on permanent residency in all green card processes. Michael also has extensive experience in family-based immigrant filings, political asylum, waivers of inadmissibility, naturalization, and removal defense before the Immigration Court.

Michael speaks fluent Spanish and has appeared on television and radio programs to discuss immigration issues affecting the Latino community.
