Timeline

• Average processing time: if applied for directly at a U.S. consulate– depends on visa processing time at a particular consulate, if applied with USCIS – 4-6 months. NO PREMIUM PROCESSING AVAILABLE (it may take 7-10 days to prepare the paperwork for filing)
